Erin knows what it feels like to want to grow a business—but feel stuck in the middle of overwhelm, family life, and methods that don’t feel aligned anymore. Dave watched it unfold from the outside—seeing the emotional toll it takes and realizing that too many others are quietly walking that same road alone.
